What we do

Cockermouth CAN is a community sustainability charity organisation made up entirely of volunteers, which aims to improve the lives of people in and around Cockermouth town. Our main goals are to reduce carbon emissions, improve biodiversity, and improve work and living conditions for the area’s inhabitants. We take positive action to make a difference, working closely with partner organisations and avoiding duplication of the good work that others are doing.
